Working Mason/ Foreperson

Applicants must have at least 5 years' proven experience in both residential and commercial construction and be able to demonstrate the following: Must have proven work experience in all aspects of masonry work: use of masonry tools, techniques and materials relevant to the trade to produce high quality finishes; Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and determine specifications and estimate relevant materials required for each project; Ability to lay out and organize job site tasks and meet scheduling deadlines; Manage client expectations and ensure projects are operating efficiently and to expected goals; be reliable, with a high degree of self-motivation; be physically fit as considerable lifting of heavy materials with much bending is required, successful applicant must have a flexible schedule to work extended hours and weekends when needed and at times on short notice. Interested applicants must possess a proven record of integrity and excellent work references related to the position applied for, as all references will be verified. The position is one of trust therefore, police report will be required for the successful applicant.
