Equipment Manager

The Equipment Manager oversees the maintenance and performance of a fleet of over 200 pieces of Golf and Agronomy equipment, as well as the operation and upkeep of the equipment maintenance facility. This is a key leadership role within the Agronomy Department, ensuring all machinery and tools are functioning at the highest standards to support championship-level playing conditions. This is a key position responsible for maintaining the functionality and safety of our commercial kitchen and hospitality equipment to support world-class guest experiences. Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment, including Vulcan, Southbend, and Rational ovens and appliances. Execute repairs on commercial plumbing systems and fixtures including sinks, drains, grease traps, water lines and provide plumbing assistance with Reverse Osmosis plant.

Requirements

5 years as a Golf Course Mechanic required working with either Toro or John Deere equipment. Professional Tournament and warm-season grass experience preferred. A certificate, associate or bachelor's degree in automotive service technology or similar field is required. Equipment Management Certificate Program (EMCP) from GCSAA/BIGGA or similar preferred. Preferred 5 years' experience in hotel/hospitality maintenance or commercial environments or similar. Proven experience with commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair. Knowledge and certification (preferred) in gas fitting and commercial gas appliances.
