Commercial Hvac Chiller Technician

Our client, AirServ requires an experienced Commercial HVAC Chiller Technician. Successful applicants must have strong knowledge of chiller experience. Duties include maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, repair, tear down and rebuild of commercial chiller, packaged equipment, make-up air system, computer room equipment and other commercial and industrial HVAC-R application. Technicians are expected to have strong trade skills with the ability to read specifications and drawing as required. The successful candidate must have 5+ years' experience, EPA certificate, excellent communication skills and a clean driving record. Additionally candidates must possess a current Master's Card for HVAC maintenance or its equivalent. An appropriate license to work with the refrigerants is also a must. Knowledge of Trane, Mitsubishi, Carrier, York, LG, and Daikin products is an advantage. It is imperative that the potential employee is committed to excellence in quality and providing clients with the value base on service while also being committed to meeting and exceeding the customer's expectations.
