Air Pro Ltd., an Authorised Dealer of Toshiba Air Conditioning, is a progressive HVAC, Sheet Metal and Refrigeration Company seeking to hire an HVAC Installation Manager. The Installation Manager will oversee HVAC installation operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes. This leadership role manages installation crews, coordinates labour and materials, supports project planning, maintains customer communication, and drives quality control across residential and/or commercial HVAC projects. The Installation Manager serves as a key link between installers, customers, contractors, project managers, and senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years HVAC installation experience, including prior lead, supervisory, or management responsibility preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, mechanical layouts, codes, and project workflows. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Demonstrated leadership, planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, team coordination, customer service, and conflict-resolution abilities. Valid driver's license (if applicable). Relevant HVAC certifications, licensing, or trade qualifications preferred.
