Senior Litigation Attorney

Our client, Cox Hallett Wilkinson Ltd., is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its busy Litigation Department at the Senior Associate or Counsel level. In this role, you will advise and represent clients in a broad range of legal disputes, leading and managing cases in the higher courts and before arbitration tribunals. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience working in a litigation practice. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Proven experience and aptitude dealing with commercial issues (drafting pleadings and court documents, advising on points of law). Experience appearing as an advocate in the higher courts. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to work as a team-member and lead large scale litigation projects including working with lawyers in other jurisdictions. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word.
