HOSPITALITY PROJECT MANANGER

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage hospitality renovation and construction projects with precision and efficiency. The role will manage the project to ensure timely completion and adhere to quality standards. Candidates must have at least 10 years of construction management experience, to include successfully leading teams in high-end construction and renovation projects in hospitality and luxury hotel environments. Responsibilities include managing the hospitality project teams, supervising subcontractors, enforcing project specifications, meeting project objectives and timelines. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Flexibility to work weekends if needed is required.
