Project Manager

On behalf of our client, Solterra Landscape & Design Ltd., we seek a: Project Manager holding more than 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the landscaping industry. The project manager will have responsibility for all aspects of planning, equipment and supplies procurement, scheduling, budgeting and staffing to successfully manage multiple small- and large-scale projects from start to completion. The successful candidate will have proven ability to confidently work with clients to determine their desires and needs, prepare proposals and/or manage bids to ensure company profitability; work within budget, be able to order supplies and survey sites to assess natural resources, create plans and progress reports that meet client expectations. Must be self-motivated, able to take the initiative, hold strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to work collaboratively with a “hands on” approach. Must be comfortable with strict health and safety guidelines, willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing. Work outside of normal work hours is expected.

Requirements

More than 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the landscaping industry, associate degree preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, comfortable with health and safety guidelines, willing to undergo pre-employment drug testing.
