Executive Chef Holding a recognized culinary certificate and/or at least 5 years of experience in a busy restaurant/café environment, the Executive Chef will maintain responsibility for all aspects of menu development, preparation, pricing within a busy Restaurant in Bermuda. They must be a passionate creator and fully embrace local tastes and ensure the food quality demands of the shop's patrons are met at all times. The candidate must also be able to develop and fully support an expanding catering operation and have the personality and work ethic to drive good corporate relationships. Must be in excellent physical condition and able to stand for extended periods of time. Must have a friendly, engaging "can do" personality and consistently demonstrate an exceptional service standard. Must be well groomed and comfortable with the most rigid health and sanitary standards. Flexible 5 – 6 day work week as the business demands. Thyme Restaurant is drug free environment.
