Requirements

• A University / College degree. • An accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, FCCA) together with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience. • A minimum of three years of experience in the reinsurance industry. • Understanding of Insurance and Reinsurance Financial Statements. • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment whilst paying close attention to details. • Motivated self-starter and effective team player with the ability to use own initiative and successfully manage changing priorities. • Excellent computer skills, specifically in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. • The ability to work beyond normal business hours, as required.
