A global prestigious provider of corporate services, Conyers Corporate Services supports large listed group structures and local, international, private, and trust-related companies with their statutory compliance, subsidiary governance requirements, and Board support. The Company Secretary role involves direct responsibility for board support and meeting management for our clients, including arranging and attending board, committee, and shareholder meetings, preparing meeting minutes, ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements, and fostering client relationships.

Requirements

Possess a CGI - Chartered Governance Institute professional membership or legal qualification or have at least 5-6 years' experience in a similar role. Previous minute-taking and corporate governance experience is essential. Knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent client service skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
