Christ Church Warwick’s vision is to be known in the community as a place for the community through faithfully and selflessly answering Christ’s call to love our neighbour and to minister to one another. The Church leadership is looking for an energetic individual who wants to be part of realizing our vision through creating excitement and interest in our various programmes. The role will entail various administrative duties and will be strongly focused on communications to members of the congregation and the community through written, verbal, web and social media platforms.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Publisher. Comfortable with event and communication websites such as Mailchimp, Signup Genius, Event Bright. Able to use Word Press for website updating. Competent with administrator access on Facebook. Energetic person who works well with people and committees. Excellent written and verbal communications. Excellent organisational skills. Creativity. High degree of proficiency with a database application. Ability to work independently. Problem solver – willing to research solutions and organize resources to resolve. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
