We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and outstanding Service Desk Administrator to add to our growing talented team. You will be part of an exceptional tech team that constantly seeks innovative ways to serve our users. As a Service Desk Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining IT resources to ensure end-users operate efficiently. You will provide comprehensive support for both office-based and remote employees, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly. Your responsibilities will include using modern tools and technologies to enhance service delivery and system performance.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have a minimum of three years’ experience working in an IT support role, a self-starter with the drive and skills to manage your workload, and able to work on your own initiative. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage across multiple time-sensitive initiatives are essential, along with effective collaboration and communication skills. Familiarity with modern IT tools and platforms, including Windows 365, Intune, Jamf, Adaxes, and ServiceNow is required.
