The Customer Service Ambassador works out of Butterfield's Front Street Banking Centre and serves as the first point of contact for customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing the QMatic Electronic Queuing System, answering queries, assisting with banking forms, promoting products and maintaining a tidy reception area.

Requirements

High school diploma and a minimum of two years' experience in a front-line customer service position. Strong customer focus with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
