Air Pro Ltd., an Authorized Dealer of Toshiba Air Conditioning, is seeking to hire a Service Manager to lead and grow their Residential/Commercial Service Department. The role requires extensive HVAC equipment knowledge and experience with dispatching technicians, along with strong communication skills for customer and technician interactions. Essential duties include leading the service technician team, growing the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, managing billing and warranty claims, and overseeing the scheduling of technicians. The position also calls for technical support for field technicians and occasional attendance at service calls as needed.

Requirements

Must have a mechanical engineering bachelor's certificate, a minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC, VRF, Refrigeration and chill water field with a record of career progression and leadership responsibilities. Strong HVAC technical knowledge, understanding of HVAC systems, proven customer service skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, basic financial management understanding, and strong communication skills are essential.
