Resolution Life is a global life insurance group focusing on reinsurance and the acquisition and management of portfolios of life insurance policies. The Resolution Life Group is headquartered in Bermuda and operates globally through operations in Bermuda, the U.K., the U.S., Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The Senior Auditor, Finance will be responsible for the execution, reporting, and administration of audits within the Resolution Life Finance function, including planning and scoping, evaluating controls, and reviewing compliance with policies and regulations. The role involves managing multiple audits, evaluating effectiveness of controls, and providing insights to improve processes. Additionally, the Senior Auditor will work with the U.S. Audit team and assist with audit activities involving regulators and external auditors.

Requirements

A University Degree with a major/minor or emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Business; an advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CIA, etc.) is required. Six plus years of experience in audit, risk management, and/or the financial services/insurance industry is required. Sound knowledge of Accounting/Financial Risk, Insurance Risk, Market & Credit Risk, IT Risk and Compliance Risk. Strong knowledge of US GAAP/STAT, internal controls, business processes, and IIA standards.
