Motorcycle Technician

Our client, World Distributors Ltd., is seeking applicants for the position of Motorcycle Technician. Key responsibilities include: Perform routine maintenance according to manufacturer's recommendations Maintain and repair hydraulic and mechanical systems Inspect and troubleshoot motorcycles as required Use of diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical problems to determine repair needs Complete electronic and mechanical repairs on motorcycles Accurately fill-out and complete service orders in a timely manner Liaison with and assist customers Excellent standards of quality control Qualifications, Skills & Experience: City & Guilds or Motorcycle Technician certification or equivalent Minimum 7 years' experience maintaining and repairing motorcycles Experience using Yamaha, Honda and Piaggio diagnostic testing equipment Working knowledge of the electronic elements and computerized systems Knowledge of the specifications of a variety of motorcycle makes and models Knowledge of paint and body repair Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and take directions well Excellent customer service, time management and interpersonal skills The successful candidate must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
