Requirements
Associate's degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in F&B operations, including catering, restaurant management, and beverage programs. Proven success in managing multi-location or multi-department operations. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L oversight, and operational reporting. In-depth knowledge of wines, beverages, catering logistics, and restaurant service. Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, public holidays).Salary
