The incumbent administers employee benefits (including unemployment claims), facilitates training and orientation programs, and maintains employee relations through open communication, progressive discipline support, and issue resolution. As a member of the property Human Resources support staff, he/she works with Human Resources employees to carry out daily activities of the Human Resource Office including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. The focus is on delivering HR services that meet the needs of employees and enable business success while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

2-year degree; 3 years experience progressive leadership in human resources or related field, OR 4-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year progressive leadership experience in human resources or related area. Branded Luxury Hotel experience preferred.
