Our client, Roy's Fine Food, is looking for an energetic, reliable, hard working and fully qualified Head Chef to manage their popular and busy kitchen at the Police Recreation Club. Must have at least 5 years' experience in local and international cuisine. Must be able to train and motivate staff, develop menus, manage overall food costs and running all aspects of a busy kitchen. The Head Chef will be expected to manage catering clients and assist the owners with the day-to-day operations of the business. Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
