Serve as the first point of contact for customers, architects and designers, managing the full client experience from initial enquiry through quotation, ordering, installation, and after-sales support. Key responsibilities include coordinating multiple concurrent projects, applying project management best practices, monitoring budgets, processing client orders, coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors, and maintaining strong product knowledge.
Requirements
Minimum five (5) years' experience in commercial project management or the contract furniture industry. Strong computer literacy, including the full Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. Experience with office furniture, flooring or space-planning software is an asset.
