Siena Solutions Limited invites applications for the post of Operations Manager - Head Pastry & Chef (Plant Based), applicant must be competent in various types of plant-based cooking and baking. Create and cooks delicious, nutritious meals using plant based ingredients, focusing on vegetables, grains, and legumes to create menus and innovate dishes without animal products, catering to the health-conscious customers. Manage kitchen logistics - staff, stock control, maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

Must have advanced certification in baking and pastry, certification in food and nutrition, food & safety. 8-10yrs experience in a similar post. Must have experience in creating recipes, must have the ability to manage the kitchen and control stock. Must ensure meals are nutritionally balanced by analyzing their contents and making adjustments as needed. Previous experience in a similar post, forward-thinking food philosophies is an asset.
