Must be competent in various types of plant-based cooking and baking. Able to manage and teach junior staff culinary basics. Must adhere to the needs of the customers. We require creativity, presentation, recipe creation and meal preparations. Be organized, able to do the ordering, stock control and monitor portions of waste to control profit margins. Assist in keeping areas clean with high standards of food hygiene and having knowledge of health and safety rules and regulation. Must have 10yrs experience in a similar post. Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. 5-6 days per week. Interested candidates to email their CV and (2) references.
