To work at Rustico & Gulfstream Restaurants Successful applicants will: Have at least two years experience in a table service/ fine dining environment; Be able to demonstrate a proven ability to work well as a team and have good customer service skills; An outgoing personality and a professional appearance and standard of grooming is essential. Preferably have experience in Italian or European cuisine and wine; Be willing to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant; Be required to work shifts, including public holidays, evenings and weekends. Must be available to work four lunch shifts and six dinner shifts per week, arranged between the hours of 10am and 11pm, and be seeking to make a long term commitment, not seasonal employment. Key Duties and Responsibilities Be able to demonstrate a proven ability to work well as a team and have good customer service skills; Preferably have experience in Italian and European cuisine and wine; Be willing to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant; Be required to work shifts, including public holidays, evenings and weekends. Must be available to work four lunch shifts and six dinner shifts per week. Working hours will be arranged between 10am and 11pm (occasionally later).

Requirements

Must have a minimum of two years experience in a similar environment with recent written references to demonstrate this. Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities Must: Be reliable and committed; Have good customer service skills and a positive attitude; Be able to stand and work on their feet for the duration of a shift; Enjoy working as a team; Be looking to further a career in the Hospitality industry.
