Property Maintenance Personnel

Job Type: Contract

RoofTops Ltd. is seeking full-time skilled and reliable property maintenance personnel to maintain properties. The successful candidate must be able to carry out a wide range of duties including identifying grasses, plants and shrubs; properly pruning trees and hedges; performing tree surgery; resurfacing lawns; creating and maintaining flower beds; knowledge of correct weed and insect control procedures; installation/maintenance of driveways, walkways, walls, patios, fences, structures, shaded areas, buildings and irrigation systems; and experience in general property and building maintenance including fixing, installing, prepping, painting, demolishing and cleaning.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ proven maintenance experience. Must have a valid Bermuda driver’s license with a clean driving record or be an experienced driver willing to obtain a Bermuda driver's license. Clean criminal record. Clean drug test. First aid and CPR qualification.
