Kaissa Limited is seeking to fill the position of Exterior Systems Installer. Successful candidates will be multiskilled tradespersons comfortable with all aspects of construction with niche expertise in at least 2 of the following specialties: rebar installation, masonry, formwork carpentry, synthetic roof installation, EIFS & synthetic wall plaster systems & coatings. The ESI will occasionally work outside of expertise—unloading, clean up and demolition—and will be prepared to work extended hours as project deadlines demand. Kaissa is a full-service Exterior Envelope Specialist Contractor with a specialty based on core waterproofing knowledge and experience. Kaissa is a Drug Free Workplace and applicants may be required to submit to drug screening prior to appointment.
Requirements
Holding at least 5 years of experience with high specification projects. Expertise in at least 2 of: rebar installation, masonry, formwork carpentry, synthetic roof installation, EIFS & synthetic wall plaster systems & coatings. Must be able to work at significant heights. Must have own transportation or ability to secure. Willingness to work extended hours.
