Seagrass Solutions is currently seeking an Experienced Landscape Gardener to join their team. Currently serving over 50 residential and commercial clients, we take pride in delivering high-quality ground maintenance services. We are committed to building a positive, professional, and encouraging work environment for every member of our team and are looking for the right person to join in on our growth! You will join a small, experienced crew who enjoy engaging directly with our clients when on site. This is a physically demanding position that requires a strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability. All applicants must have at least 5 years’ experience in landscaping; A valid driver’s license with own transportation; a clean criminal record; Willing and able to work weekends and public holidays when required. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. - Operate and maintain landscape machinery and hand tools - Assist with site preparation, excavation and landscaping improvement projects - Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all client sites. Uniforms will be provided. - Represent Seagrass Solutions professionally when engaging with clients on site - Work effectively as part of a small, experienced crew under the direction of the Operations Manager
