Atlantic Caregiving Ltd. is a registered home care provider with the Bermuda Health Council, delivering high-quality domiciliary care across Bermuda. As home-based healthcare continues to evolve, we are committed to meeting and exceeding both national and international standards of care. We are now taking the next step in our growth and are seeking a Domiciliary Compliance Manager to strengthen our governance, quality, and education frameworks. This role is ideal for an experienced domiciliary care professional with a strong understanding of compliance requirements associated with accreditation bodies such as the Care Quality Commission and Joint Commission. In addition to compliance oversight, the role has a strong educational focus, ensuring staff are well informed, supported, and equipped to deliver safe, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee compliance across domiciliary care services in line with local and international standards
Ensure policies, procedures, and practices meet regulatory and accreditation requirements
Support audits, inspections, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
Deliver and support staff education and training related to compliance, quality, and best practice
Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence in care delivery
Essential Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years' experience in a management/compliance role within domiciliary care
Proven experience operating within regulated care environments
Experience delivering staff education and compliance training
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, preferably CQC and/or Joint Commission
Demonstrated experience working with EMR systems
Experience with CareSmartz360 or Birdie is highly preferred
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Registered Care Manager or equivalent designation from a recognized jurisdiction. Minimum equal of Level 3 NVQ required, Level 5 preferred.
Certified trainer qualification RQF Level 3 or higher or an equal certification from training center.
Additional Requirements
Valid Bermuda driver's license, or the ability to obtain one within three (3) months of employment
