Live-in Child Caregiver/housekeeper

On behalf of our client, Mr. Klein & Mrs. West, we invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of: Live-In Child Caregiver/Housekeeper. Primary duties include all aspects of childcare for a toddler, general housekeeping, including deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, dishes, grocery shopping and care of family dog. The successful applicant will be required to work a 52.5-hour work week with additional evenings, weekends and overnight as needed. The successful applicant must be flexible with evenings and overnight care and be able to travel with the family or dog sit while the family is away.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have 5 years' experience caring for young children in a private home environment, be caring, responsible, energetic, reliable, trustworthy and a non-smoker. Applicants must speak fluent English and have a genuine interest in the development and advancement of children. Applicants must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Bermuda driver's license, CPR/First Aid Training, provide excellent references and have a clean criminal background.
