Master Electrician

Qualifications / Responsibilities - : Residential & Commercial - The ability to read and understand residential/commercial blueprints. - Knowledge of residential/commercial wiring methods - Knowledge of electrical hand tools and drill sets - Understands the electrical code pertaining to residential/ commercial construction - Ability to work with a general contractor and other trades present on job - Advanced knowledge in the installation of EMT conduit and MC style cabling, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and very good problem-solving skills. - Knowledge in Generator installations Skill Sets (Must include but not limited to) - Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures. - Ability to perform duties without supervision when connecting wires to circuit breakers, transformers and or other components - Ability to use electrical tools to test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. - Follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes. - Willing to work weekends and public holidays as needed and a Light/Intermediate truck license would be an asset Only applicants with the above qualifications and who have over 5yrs experience please apply in writing to the address below or email your resume to Araujo@northrock.bm It would be an asset if the applicant is registered with the Workforce Development as an Electrician and have done the updated code courses.
