Commercial And Residential Gardener/maintenance Worker
Requirements
Minimum qualifications and experience required: • The successful candidate will be honest, capable, punctual, with excellent time management skills, good work ethic and ability to solve problems and get on with the job. • 5 years in similar position with proven track record in the maintenance of residential and commercial properties induding but not limited to roof/tank repairs, surface preparation, exterior/interior painting, gardening, and heavy deaning. • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency situations as needed. • Ability to work unsupervised and with other trade workers. • A valid Bermuda Intermediate truck license or willingness to obtain one, clean criminal background and at least 2 references detailing previous experience and past skills in similar position. • The Lane Property Co Ltd, is a drug-free workplace, employees are subject to random drug testing.Salary
