Senior Associate, Life Pricing

Senior Associate, Life Pricing is a strong technical contributor who plays a key role in pricing and analyzing potential life and annuity reinsurance transactions. What You Will Do: • Assemble and review pricing analysis input data for accuracy and completeness. • Perform analyses on cedant data in support of pricing analyses. • Develop model enhancements to support transaction needs. • Work with investments, strategic finance, tax, and other teams to ensure the pricing analyses reflect data and inputs from these teams. Present details of work performed at team meetings. • Ensure familiarity and compliance with pricing standards. • Assist in the documentation of pricing models, methodologies, and assumptions. • Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and advancements. • Assist in implementing and testing model changes to improve pricing models. What You Will Have: • Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA), ACAS, AIA or equivalent designation. • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. • Strong conceptual understanding and hands-on experience with different financial reporting bases (e.g. US / Canadian / Bermuda / International regimes) and a strong familiarity with products commonly sold in those markets. • Strong modeling and technical skills (Excel modeling skills required; SLOPE/AXIS / SQL / Python / Julia is a plus). • Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to support delivering timely results and quality work products. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Be an adaptable team player.
