We are currently seeking qualified candidates to be considered for positions as staff, experienced staff, seniors, managers and senior managers in our Consulting practice in Bermuda. With a focus on clients in the financial services industry, the successful candidates can expect to work as part of multi-disciplinary EY engagement teams to assist our clients with consultancy services, such as: internal audit/process & controls, technology risk assurance, performance improvement and risk management/financial crimes compliance.. Consulting Staff, Experienced Staff, and Senior-responsibilities, education/qualifications, and required experience: Support client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to participate in and deliver professional consultancy services as outlined above, and participate in business development activities Work with the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing and deliverables A bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related field Consulting Staff - this is an entry level role with no prior work experience required candidates should have an interest in pursuing either a professional accounting certification, such as a CPA or equivalent, or a service line relevant certification, such as a CAMS, CIA, CISA, CISSP, PMP or equivalent Consulting Experienced Staff a minimum of nine (9) months of recent relevant experience in a similar position; prior experience working for a public accounting or professional services firm as well as experience in the financial services industry preferred. Successful candidates should possess or be actively pursuing an internationally recognized professional accounting certification, such as a CPA or equivalent, or a service line relevant certification, such as a CAMS, CIA, CISA, CISSP, PMP or equivalent Consulting Senior a minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent relevant experience ina similar position; prior experience working for a public accounting or professional services firm as well as experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred. Successful candidates should possess or be actively pursuing an internationally recognized professional accounting certification, such as a CPA or equivalent, or a service line relevant certification, such as a CAMS, CIA, CISA, CISSP, PMP or equivalent Consulting Manager and Senior Manager-responsibilities, education/qualifications, and required experience: Coordinate and lead multiple client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to participate in and deliver professional consultancy services as outlined above, and lead, alongside the partner, business development activities Work with the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives. and a strategy that complies with professional standards Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business decision makers throughout the year to communicate value and inform them of the firm's scope of services Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services A bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related field An internationally recognized professional accounting certification, such as a CPA or equivalent, or a service line relevant certification, such as a CAMS, CIA, CISA, CISSP, PMP or equivalent; non-certified candidates at the manager or above level must obtain a certification within 1 year of hire date Consulting Manager a minimum of five (5) years of recent relevant experience in a similar position with demonstrated career progression; prior experience working for a public accounting or professional services firm as well as experience in the financial services industry is required Consulting Senior Manager a minimum of seven (7) years of recent relevant experience in a similar position with demonstrated career progression and leadership skills; prior experience working for a public accounting or professional services firm as well as experience in the financial services industry is required The The successful candidates must have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and travel, as well as a dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment.
