Experienced roofing professional required to lead installation crews and manage schedules, budgets, and project timelines. As a multi-discipline contractor, Kaissa expects a positive attitude and willingness to assist with general site duties. Must be comfortable working at heights. Drug screening may be required prior to appointment.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in construction roofing and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Proficient in Single Ply, Modified Bitumen, and liquid-applied systems. Strong communication, training, and basic IT skills required. OSHA/NCCER, fall arrest, WHMIS, and man-lift certifications preferred. Reliable transportation required.
