Seeking to fill the position of Housekeeper/Cleaner-Supervisor. The successful applicant should possess at least 5 years experience in the cleaning profession. Possess adequate experience in deep cleaning; carpet cleaning, tile/grout cleaning and waxing and power washing. Should possess the ability to prepare an estimate taking the time factor into consideration for deep cleaning, post construction cleaning, regular cleaning for both commercial and residential premises or buildings. Should have a thorough knowledge about the chemicals and the equipment used in the cleaning industry. The Supervisory role is to manage client expectations and service standards, including scheduling to meet strict deadlines and to manage, co-ordinate and monitor the staff to ensure a strong work ethic and professional demeanour in dealing with clients. Should be willing to commence work early morning and be prepared to work evenings, weekends and on public holidays. As this is a position of trust, a clean police clearance record is required. Should possess a valid license and must be a non-smoker.
