On behalf of our client, Complete Landscaping & Maintenance, we are seeking a Senior Landscaper/Foreman. This role reports directly to the Landscape Supervisor / Project Manager this role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating landscape installation and maintenance projects. This includes managing a team of landscapers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on landscaping experience, and the ability to read plans and direct crews effectively including on job sites, delegate tasks and monitor process to ensure work is completed efficiently, to standards and within budget. This role will oversee and train new crew members in landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and company policies and motivate and maintain team morale.

Requirements

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role and excellent knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, grading, hardscape construction, and site layout. Ability to read and interpret landscape blueprints, plans, and specifications. Be knowledgeable of sod, plants, trees, irrigation systems, patios, retaining walls, and other landscape elements. Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment. Excellent communication skills within the team, with project managers and clients. Represent the company professionally on-site and address client concerns Ability to operate landscape machinery (skid steers, mowers, trenchers, etc.). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred). Clean criminal background and excellent references required.
