All stages of window film application to automotive, commercial and residential windows (to include measuring, cutting, shrinking, fitting, and applying film to surfaces) per customer specifications. Stripping and removing window film. Consult with customers, providing recommendations based on preferences Inspect completed tint installations to ensure quality and meet or exceed customer expectations. Maintain tinting tools and equipment in good working condition. Supervise tint specialists. Manage all window film inventory; provide management with order requests as necessary Minimum of 5 years' working experience in window film application and removal. Working knowledge of window tinting techniques, measuring, cutting templates, shrinking and applying window films. Stripping/removing window film and familiarization with different materials. Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience, preferably in a similar role. Exceptional attention to detail. Exceptional timekeeper with good communication skills. Reliable and able to work independently Ability to handle high volume and work well under pressure Ability to manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines. Willingness to work weekends as required Must have a valid automobile license. Clean criminal record.
