Requirements
The candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience managing a large fast paced restaurant. They must have a strong knowledge on restaurant standards, leading a team, P&L's, financials, ordering and liquor costs. They will be in charge of scheduling, payroll, daily accounts and maintaining labor. Must have experience in POS systems and cash reconciliation. Will oversee the daily duties and service of the restaurant for both heart of house and front of house, and will assist in service. Strong floor presence and professionalism is required. Strong focus on social media and marketing. The successful will have a background in catering and overseeing accounts for off site events. Candidate will lead all caterings both on site and offsite. The candidate will work directly under the operator/owner and must be available to work weekends, holidays, and late nights.Salary
