Bermuda Motors is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Refinish Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern refinishing techniques, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include vehicle preparation, paint application, color matching, defect repair, quality assurance, equipment care, and workshop standards maintenance.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Certification from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship is highly desirable. Valid certification as an A.C.E. (Automotive Service Excellence) and City and Guilds (part three) or equivalent will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an automotive painter. In-depth knowledge of modern paint systems, materials, and application techniques. Experience with the 22/55 Glasurit paint line is a significant asset.
