Are you an experienced, passionate esthetician looking for a space to thrive, grow, and glow? We’re currently seeking a licensed, qualified esthetician to join our team as an independent contractor. If you have a strong client base, advanced skincare knowledge, and a desire to work in a supportive, professional environment — we’d love to connect. As an Independent Contractor at Benson Esthetics, you are expected to deliver expert-level skincare services while upholding the brand’s professional standards, client experience, and treatment protocols.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in professional esthetic services, including facials, exfoliation, and basic skin therapies. Proven experience performing: Microdermabrasion, Chemical peels, Dermaplaning (preferred), Skin assessments and client consultations. Knowledge of advanced skin treatments (e.g., microcurrent, radio frequency) is an asset. Must be reliable, professional, and capable of working independently. Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
