Wesley Methodist Church in Hamilton, Bermuda seeks an experienced Full-Time Minister to lead our congregation. Key Responsibilities: Public Worship (30%): Prepare and lead inspiring services, deliver sermons Pastoral Care (20%): Provide support to congregation members including visitation for shut-ins Christian Rites (10%): Conduct thoughtful baptisms, weddings, funerals Administration (10%): Manage church office and records, efficiently along with secretary Meetings (10%): Participate with value in church, board, and synod meetings Stewardship, Christian Education, Community Outreach, Wider Church Involvement (20%) Requirements: Ordained Minister with 5+ years experience Strong leadership and communication skills with a diverse congregation Experience in inclusive, diverse worship and an open mind Proficiency with technology and audio-visual media and ability to use in service Interest in youth and children's ministry and paving the way for future generations Experience as Intern Supervisor (desirable) The successful candidate will be accountable to the Bermuda Synod, Bermuda Nova Scotia Conference of the United Church of Canada, and the Congregation and Board of Wesley Methodist Church.

Requirements

Ordained Minister with 5+ years experience Strong leadership and communication skills with a diverse congregation Experience in inclusive, diverse worship and an open mind Proficiency with technology and audio-visual media and ability to use in service Interest in youth and children's ministry and paving the way for future generations Experience as Intern Supervisor (desirable)
