Global Atlantic is looking for a Program Analyst II, Institutional Markets to join the Institutional business based in our Bermuda office. We are a principal investing team within Global Atlantic Financial Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of KKR. The team is focused on deploying capital for reinsurance and acquisition opportunities in the US Insurance Industry. To date, the Institutional business has acquired over $145 billion of assets. Responsibilities: • Oversee Institutional and Third-Party capital initiative project management (i.e., distributions, capital calls, debt draws) including hosting working groups and drafting project plans and meeting follow ups • Support capital call process for Block deals and Monthly Flow • Prepare Budgets & expense analysis for multiple third-party capital vehicles • Support coordination & preparation of board meeting materials for multiple vehicles • Assist in special projects on an ad-hoc basis Required & Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business or related field • 2+ years of experience in (Re)insurance • Project management experience strongly preferred • Knowledge of Life Insurance products preferred • Strong MS Excel skills • Ability to handle competing timelines • Strong communication skills
