Night Auditor / Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Serves as Duty Manager during the night and oversees all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Represents property management in resolving any guest related situation. Manages Front Desk colleagues queries, training and overall development working in close partnership with the Front Office Manager. Executes Night Audit using Opera Cloud PMS.

Requirements

You must have worked in a hotel environment and in a similar role for at least one year. You must have at least one years experience in a similar role. You must have experience on Opera PMS. You will adhere to our company values and ensure they form part of everything you do.

Salary

60000 - 70000 USD
