BermudAir is seeking warm, energetic, and customer-focused Check-In Agents to be the welcoming face of our airline at L.F. Wade International Airport, and help ensure every passenger feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. Create a warm, welcoming first impression by greeting passengers with genuine hospitality Seamlessly handle check-in processes, including bookings, boarding passes, and flight updates Confidently manage luggage check-in, including weight verification and payment for excess baggage Assist late or disrupted travelers with care, offering efficient solutions and rebooking support Ensure all safety, security, and compliance protocols are followed with precision Represent BermudaAir with professionalism, courtesy, and a polished appearance at all times Guide passengers to the correct gates and ensure all travel documentation is accurate and complete Fluent in English with clear, confident communication; multilingual candidates are a strong asset Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage and reassure travelers Calm, composed, and solutions-driven, even in high-pressure situations Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and operate check-in and booking systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Demonstrates a genuine passion for outstanding customer service and hospitality Adaptable, proactive, and dependable, ready to meet every challenge with a positive attitude If you are energetic, dedicated, and eager to help deliver Bermuda's authentic travel experience, we encourage you to apply.
