Our client, DI Card Ltd (trading as Diamonds International), seeks an experienced and driven Retail Sales Manager to lead a high performing sales team and oversee daily store operations. This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in sales leadership and a passion for delivering excellence in customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a luxury retail sales floor.
Hire, Lead, Train and motivate a team of retail sales professionals.
Drive store revenue by setting and achieving sales targets.
Ensure exceptional client experience aligned with luxury brand standards and visual merchandising compliance.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and VIP Shoppers.
Collaborate with senior leadership on operational goals and reporting.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
Tertiary education in the area of Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
Must have minimum of 5 years' supervisory or management experience in a competitive sales-driven environment.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver against KPIs.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in luxury retail or sales, hospitality, or high-end service sectors preferred.
