DIVISIONAL MANAGER-SECURITY

We are seeking a dynamic individuals to fill the following positions & therefore, candidates with a strong technical aptitude in the Security Industry, who are self-driven & hold a high regard for a strong work ethic will be well suited for these positions. More importantly, individuals must also possess a keen sense of Customer Service while building strong working relationships with our valued clients.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a tertiary-level education, preferably with a background in Engineering, Electronics/Computer Science, or Business Management. A minimum of 8 years of industry experience is required, including 3 years in a managerial role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business operations, sales, & marketing, along with expert technical knowledge to oversee & support the division's functions effectively. Experience working with local & AIA contracts as well as all associated documentation. Proven working experience within data networks & systems programming. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients & staff as well as being an efficient team leader. Must be proficient ficient in MS Office & bidding software. AutoCAD/ VISIO/ Bluebeam would be a strong asset. Must be highly organized & able to work on several projects simultaneously, inclusive of large campus environments.Salary
