Senior IT Support Administrator

As Senior IT Support Administrator, you will support the operations of Coralisle Group Ltd. by ensuring that all computer systems, workstations, hardware and software under the control of CG are adequately maintained and functioning. You will also ensure that all IT related incidents and requests are addressed promptly and according to best practices. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and manage the IT Support team, ensuring incidents and requests are logged in the Help Desk system and resolved with Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements Set up and configure workstations and IT equipment per organisational requirements Set up new users, including network access, desktop computers, laptops, telephone, email, folder access, and CG core applications Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, telecommunications, PCs, phones, printers, and scanners Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance and protection on desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, AV, and telephone systems Maintain accurate employee records in the Global CG Address Book, including names, emails, and job titles Track and manage IT equipment and consumables inventory Coordinate with senior IT management and local technology providers ensure adequate provisioning and maintenance of IT related products and services Provide orientation and training on Microsoft Outlook, Teams, phone/voicemail to new users Support group-wide software rollouts and IT projects or initiatives Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a similar IT support role, with team management experience CompTIA Certifications: A+, Network+, Internet+, Server+, Security+ etc. Microsoft Certification and experience in Azure, Sharepoint, AVD, Microsoft 365 Cisco or Fortinet/Fortigate certifications are an asset Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office applications, and both server and desktop OS. Knowledge and experience of server and desktop operating systems (Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems) Knowledge and experience of IP based (VOIP) telephony and related protocols including power over Ethernet (POE) technology and Mitel systems Familiar with network security protocols, firewall and VPN technologies, SSL, and encryption protocols Skilled in configuring and managing networking equipments (routers and switches), especially in a Cisco or Fortinet environment

Requirements
