Help Desk Technician

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing company seeking a dedicated Help Desk Technician to be the first line of support for their IT infrastructure. If you enjoy troubleshooting and assisting users in a professional and friendly manner, this could be your next great opportunity. Key Duties and Responsibilities include: • Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or in person. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. • Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions. • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment. • Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role. • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
