Atlantic Caregiving Ltd. provides personalized, holistic care and advocacy for our clients. We support personal independence and uphold the dignity and wellbeing of each individual we serve. Within this framework, our clients rely on both personal and domestic support to maintain a high quality of life. We are currently seeking a Liaison Coordinator with a genuine interest in senior care and the ability to creatively meet the needs of our clients and their families. This is a part-time position that offers a meaningful opportunity to engage in both relationship management and community impact. As Liaison Coordinator, you will help nurture and expand our relationships with clients, vendors, and employees, while also building new connections in the community. You will work closely with the Manager and the administrative care team to strengthen and grow Atlantic Caregiving’s services. Key Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients and vendors, participating in community outreach, assisting with scheduling and coordination of care services, collaborating with the care team, and contributing to administrative on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or another relevant field • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management • Previous healthcare experience is preferred • Proficient in Office365 and Google Workspace (G-Suite) • Fluent in English; proficiency testing may be required • Must have a valid Bermuda driver's license and access to reliable transportation
