Produce Manager & Produce Assistant & Live-in Caregiver/Housekeeper/Companion

Produce Manager: Must have at least five years extensive work experience in managing grocery operations and produce departments; extensive knowledge of produce sourcing, procurement, quality control and handling procedures; proven track record in managing operations and developing teams; excellent negotiation skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the produce department. Duties will include but are not limited to managing inventory, quality control, sales and promotion, maintain and develop store operational policies, procedures and processes, collaborate and maintain strong relationship with suppliers, and train and mentor the produce team on handling procedures, quality control and product knowledge. Candidates who can work evenings, weekends and holidays will be favourably considered. Produce Assistant: Must have at least five years extensive work experience in managing grocery operations and produce departments; strong knowledge of different types of produce, including selection, storage and handling; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask; and proficient in inventory management software and basic computer skills. Duties will include but are not limited to provide support and management to all aspects of the produce department operations, assist in managing inventory, ensure the quality and freshness of produce when culling and stocking shelves, and provide exceptional customer service. Candidates who can work evenings, weekends and holidays will be favourably considered. Live-in Caregiver/Housekeeper/Companion: Having at least 5 years of experience with senior care and hold caregiving certification/s, the caregiver will take care of the personal needs of a senior. Duties will include but are not limited to assisting with daily exercises, dispensing of medication as directed, bathing, assisting with mobility, meal preparation, grocery shopping, house cleaning, laundry, driving to doctors' appointments and other companion activities. The caregiver will be required to work a flexible 40 hours covering evenings, weekends and some public holidays. Female candidates able to live-in, be non-smoker, with Bermuda driver's will be favorably considered.
