Barista

The Barista is responsible for making quality beverages, specifically coffees and teas, preparing food orders as well as making food items and some baking. Working the cash register and cleaning and stocking the store. All tasks must be done quickly and efficiently while also providing outstanding customer service. Key Duties and Responsibilities include preparing specialty coffees and teas, properly handling all equipment, accurately handling cash and credit card payments, and serving customers quickly and efficiently in a professional and courteous manner. This is an experienced position only, no training is provided. Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of Barista terminology and ingredients in specialty drinks and Boba teas, understand food preparation, and complete any other assignments at the request of management.

Requirements

All applicants must have at least 5 years prior experience as a Barista. Applicants must be able to prepare specialty drinks and Boba teas. Should have good communication skills, good math skills, be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, be organized, and maintain a clean work area. Must have experience with machines for Barista and experience with preparing food.
